EU-cooks | Shaved Raw Fillet Salmon

Straight from Denmark, the “Shaved Raw Fillet Salmon” on opening starter that delights all family and friend members alike!

EU-CaRE Euro Recipes - Denmark - Shaved raw fillet of salmon

Ingredients:

  • 200g fillet of salmon, skinned and boned
  • 200g of wholemeal bread (4 slices)
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp of fresh capers
  • 2 tbsp of basil
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
Shave the salmon into thin slices, then chop into small pieces.
Squeeze the lemon over the salmon.
Chop the spring onion into small pieces and mix with the salmon, capers and basil.
Season with freshly ground pepper.
Serve on toasted wholemeal bread.
